Christmas message "from" George Clooney

I was emailed this today. Is this the cheapest, most ridiculous viral email you have seen at the minute? Only a delusionally, desperate person is going to appreciate a horribly doctored photo of a celebrity wishing them and about 51% of the population a merry anything (if you can even read the message it's so pathetically low res)!
