Much like in the early days of dating someone new, in business when you want people to listen to you, trust
you (buy from you), you need to know 3 things about them first:
1. Who are they?
2. What do they want?
3. What is their currency?
Once you can picture your audience as a person with specific
goals and pressing problems and you can identify whether they are influenced
more by money, happiness, status or time, you can grab their attention.
